Bij Digg* zijn we druk bezig met ons grootste eindejaarsoffensief ooit. Dat mag ook wel op het einde van zo’n decennium. Omdat we er met een top 100 van de voorbije tien jaar uitpakken, is die uiteraard samengesteld uit de vele top 100′s van de medewerkers. Aan de mijne heb ik weinig werk gehad omdat alle albums in mijn bezit mooi in een lijstje terecht komen met een quotering tot twee cijfers na de komma (het gemiddelde van de quotering van alle songs). Lijstjes, you gotta love it. Al was ik daar vroeger veel meer mee bezig. Alsof ik alles toen nog letterlijk een plaats moest geven. Boeken. Dichters. Bands. Zelfs vrienden.
Maar goed. Ziehier de honderd platen sinds 2000 die ik als de betere beschouw. Ik heb er veel beluisterd maar nog veel meer niet uiteraard. Merk op dat postrock prominent aanwezig is. Hoewel ik daar nu nauwelijks nog spontaan naar grijp, heeft dat genre me toch jarenlang vooruitgeduwd.
